Hello, my fellow Viridians.

Today is a great day for this alliance. Peace has been achieved, and the wars in which you all have fought long and hard in are finally over. I am truly proud of you guys. You all fought with honor, strength, valor, and courage. You sacrificed your infrastructure and technology, soldiers and nukes, all in the name of the Viridian Entente. You guys are the reason the Entente is where it is at today. Even after fighting six wars, we are still in the top ranks of CN, and we are still a proud, honorable, sanctioned alliance.

With that being said, it is now time to repay you guys for all your hard work and dedication to the Entente. Your sacrifices were not in vain, and it is time for your nations to be rebuilt. The first way in which we we go about the process of rebuilding your nations is by means of an Infrastructure and Technology Drive - Operation Viridian Ascension. Since our goal with this Drive will be to catapult our alliance's NS way, way up, Ascension seems like a fitting name for the Operation.

Operation Viridian Ascension will begin on March 14th, exactly two weeks from today, which should give you all ample time to clear-up enough aid slots to adequately participate in this Drive. 5 cleared slots is preferred, as it would maximize your income, but it isn't required.

Here's how the Drive will work:

• Bank Nations and Larger Nations (4000.00+ Infra) will send packages of $3 Million to our Smaller Nations (0-3999.99 Infra), hopefully filling every single slot they have.
• 10 days later, those Small Nations will send packages of 50 Tech to those Large Nations and Bank Nations that sent them the money.
• 10 days later, those same Small Nations will send additional packages of 50 Tech to those same Large Nations and Bank Nations.
• The above three steps will be repeated a second time.

Here's what the end result will be:

• All Large Nations and Bank Nations that participated will have recieved a grand total of 1000-1200 Technology (assuming all 5-6 slots were used) per nation.
• All Small Nations that participated will have recieved a grand total of $30,000,000.00 (assuming all 5 slots were used) per nation.
• If 50 Small Nations participate 5 slots, and 50 Larger Nations participate 5 slots, a total of $1,500,000,000.00 (1.5 BILLION) and 50,000 (FIFTY THOUSAND) Tech will have been moved. Those two numbers are insane, considering that it would only require a third of the entire alliance to participate, and if we can pull this off, our alliance will soar to heights of strength the likes of which we have never seen before.

The Economics Department asks that you suspend all tech deals and other aid after the 3rd of March, so that you can have slots ready for Operation Viridian Ascension on Sunday the 14th. Obviously, if you would prefer to not participate in this Drive, you may simply use the Credit Union or our Tech Department and continue regular dealing of your own choosing, but I strongly suggest becoming a part of Operation Viridian Ascension. If you choose to participate, you will be doing a great service your alliance by not only repairing your own nation, but repairing the nations of your fellow Viridian brothers and sisters.
